Decision Making: Concept and Process, Types of Decisions, Management By Objectives (MBO). Organization: Concept, Nature, Process, Significance, Types, Organisational Structure, Committees, Span of Control. Authority and Responsibility. Delegation, Decentralization and Departmentation.
