For Fiction and Non Fiction

  • Books that customers BUY, can only be returned if-

  1. Delivered book is damaged.

  2. Wrong book is delivered.

  • Book that Customers Rent, Can be returned by-

  1. Book return request in the 'My Account' section.

  2. By call or email.

For Academic Books
 

  • Books that customers BUY, can only be returned if-

  1. Delivered book is damaged.

  2. Wrong book or tilte is delivered.  

  3. Wrong  edition is delivered, and is different from the delivered book.

 

  • Book that Customers Rent, Can be returned by-

  1. Book return request in the 'My Account' section.

  2. By call or email.

  • Any Dispute regarding return policy will be decided by us.

  • Orders eligible for returns, should inform us within 7 days of the delivery.

  • We refund money through UPI within 24-48 hours of the return pick of your order.
